Osteomyology

Daniel Moore was Awarded Doctor of Osteomyology (non medical) in December 2010. He is one of the few people in the association to be awarded such a award, after receiving a fellowship from the Association in 2009 and also being awarded Osteomyologist of the Year for 2009. Daniel continues to see private patients at his clinic in Pendlebury, Swinton, Salford Manchester. Treating people with muscle pain and strains, trapped nerves, skeletal misalignments, sports injuries, repetitive strain, tension, migraine, headaches, joint conditions, neuralgia, back pain, to mention a few, this is to aid people to regain better movement and rehabilitate them to lead a normal life.

What is an Osteomyologist?

Osteo-meaning bone, myo-meaning muscle, ology-meaning study of. If one were to take this literally, then it would be plain and simply a specialist in bones and muscles. However this is not the case, an Osteomyologist already is a qualified expert in his/her chosen field, this may be osteopathy, chiropractic, manipulative therapy, physiotherapy, in fact any one of a number of manual medical disciplines, but not content with limiting his/herself with this knowledge and wanting to know more, continued to study other aspects of holistic therapy. All of the therapists do not necessarily treat clients in the same way; each therapist has his/her treatment methods and techniques.

Fees?

There is No Additional Charge for the initial consultation, the consultation is carried out then you will receive a treatment in your first visit to the clinic, each visit will cost £55.00, payable by cash or cheque at the end of your appointment.
