Sexual problems can be quite common, although it may not feel like it. They can often be difficult to discuss. Matters of this nature are always treated with the utmost care, confidentiality, and the sensitivity to understand that many people find it difficult to talk about private matters of such an intimate nature. Your sessions will be designed to understand the underlying reason behind the problem, to remove negative emotions surrounding sex (anxiety, guilt, shame, fear), to learn relaxation techniques, to release your inhibitions and fears, to increase confidence and body image and feel more comfortable during sex.
